Something to Wine About
Well this piece was created after going on a first date with this woman who loves wine. We had a great dinner and she talked about how she was into astrology and stargazing. After dinner we went to her place which was an immaculate modern home with white carpet. She passed me a bottle of Merlot and a corkscrew to open it with. Now I am not a drinker and had no experience with opening a bottle of wine. I screwed the cork in and was pulling and tugging and it just would not come out. Well not wanting to show her that I am some type of sissy boy, I pulled really hard…The cork came flying out and I hit the bottle on the bar, it shot wine up in the air and all over the wall, ceiling, and the carpet. You should have seen the look on her face with this deep red liquid dripping off the ceiling. I really gave her something to wine about!
